Things I heard at Body Worlds today

A young boy looking at a skeleton with his parents...
Boy: (pointing to lower half of the skeleton) Is that where pants go?
Dad: Yup
Boy: (pointing to upper half of the skelton) Is that where shirts go?
Dad: Yup

A young boy standing near me looking at a display...
Boy: Is that what my lung looks like?
Me: Yup
Boy: Bleech!

A young boy looking at a body displaying the muscular system with his dad...
Boy: Do we eat that meat?
Dad: You mean do we eat humans? No.

A young boy talking to his Dad, getting ready to leave...
Boy: Hey Dad, guess what?
Dad: What?
Boy: Thanks for taking us here, that's what.

you made up that last part, you little feel-good movie, you.

my aunt was telling me that my cousins are going on monday with another relative of theirs, and it was news to her that these were REAL people, REAL bodies.. i had to break her the news about the wonders of a platination vacation. her intent is to keep that part a secret. i wonder how likely pulling that one off will be.

I totally did not make that up. The part I left out was that I heard that one in the bathroom coming from one of the stalls.

There's an enclosed area that is all about pregnancy and fetuses and a display near the end about the male and female reproductive systems so I probably missed a lot of other great quotes.

It's really cool though. Go see it!
